Meet People – Networking is essential for any business, but especially for black-owned businesses. Connecting with other entrepreneurs, potential customers, and potential investors will help you to grow your business.
Get Social – Having a website and social media is essential for any business to reach potential customers. Make sure your website and social media pages are up-to-date, professional, and reflect the values of your business. Post often and engage with your audience to stay connected and active.
Tap In – Make sure you are staying up to date with industry trends and changes so that you can adjust your business plan and marketing strategy accordingly.
Ask for Help! – Ask for help!! There are many organizations and resources available to help black-owned businesses succeed. Research and take advantage of the resources and support networks that can help you, utilize them.
